Powered, iPhone compatible USB hub?

I need to find a very good USB hub, one that is powered, very reliable, and charges/sync an iPhone 4 with no issue.

I've gone through 3 hubs now, all which have been powered, and I haven't found one that properly charges my iPhone. Also, my MIDI keyboard information will be randomly dropped. This is why I need reliability.

I'm using 5-8 devices at any given time, and I only have two usb ports on my Macbook Pro.

Anyone?
