powerbrick makes buzzing noise

I recently got a Samsung S23A700D, the display seems to be good besides if I try to decrease brightness from 100 the powerbrick starts to make a annoying buzzing noise

Is there any solution to this problem?

RMA the power brick? Try a universal transformer instead of it?

I doubt RMA will help as all my 3 IPS displays have this same problem aswell.

Here is a more detailed description of the problem, also for me the software solution is not enough as I still need decrease OSD brightness.
