Hi, I don't really know my powersupplies so I need some suggestions please.

I am building a new pc with the following parts;

3200+ ATHLON 64
9800 Pro
1 AOPEN DVD/CDRW Combo drive
2 sticks of DDRAM512MB|CORSAR64X64 VS512MB400
MB K8N NEO-FSR MSI MOBO
80GB|SAMSUNG 8MB HD

I purchased an ANTEC|SLK3700-BQE BK 350W case.

Will this power supply be sufficient for this setup with no additions cept maybe a case fan and the retail cpu fan?
