Power Supply Problem, I think

Hey guys,

My computer just starting shutting down on me. I try restarting it and it starts to load up to where it shows win XP and than it shuts down and restarts again. Can anyone confirm that its a power supply problem and if so which one should I get? I have 3 HD and one cd rom. Thanks a bunch in advance.
