I was wondering if it matters if a power supply isn't mounted vertically or horizontally? Can it be mounted on other angles? Or is this a no no?
 
Mount it however you'd like, theres nothing inside that would be affected.

Temperatures may vary a bit as your fans position changes though, depending on airflow.
