Looking for advice on a new power supply to run with the following;

4+ hard drives (3-4 SATA drives in RAID5, 1 SATA or PATA drive for OS)
2 DVD/CD drives
PCI-e video card ( probably a 7600GS)
PCI and PCI-e cards (3 PCI TV tuner cards, 2 PCI-e TV tuner cards)\
Intel E6300 or AMD X2 4200+

Not planning on running SLI or anything fancy. I would like to do a little overclocking, but I need the system to be stable as it will be used as a file server/ HTPC server/ and a little gaming.

Honestly, anything decent will power that. Anything from this thread, anyways.

Absolutely. The best thing to keep in mind that just because one power supply has a high output than another, doesn't mean that it has any benefit over the other. Generic power supplies are generally (though there are some exceptions) made with cheaper materials and have a shorter life. Even if that generic power supply has a higher output, it's not going to do you any good if it's sitting in a box because it died after 4 months of use.
