So I'm a first time builder. See my sig for my system. I'm really getting into dirt 3, and I might start full fledged PC gaming. I'm just wondering about my planned upgrades.

I intend to crossfire a second 6850 and I'm just wondering if my CX600 will power that comfortablely, or if I need to get a bigger PSU. I imagine I'd have to OC my 2500K eventually to get the most out of that setup. And yes, I'll be doing a 3x1 eyefinity setup eventually. (I have two 26 inch monitors, looking for a cheap third).
 
600 should be OK, but keep in mind that the CX is Corsairs' entry level line, and not as good as their TX or HX lines. With an OC'd CPU I personally would upgrade to a better PSU. Something like a TX 750 would give you the headroom you need.

I've found that when I went to 3 monitors it really taxes everything in your system much more than a single monitor.
 
CX600w wont cut it... you need atleast a CX/VX 750w you may kill that PSU if you push it with those cards
 
There goes the money for my Dish Network bill.
Just picked up an Antec HCG 750W from a forum member. This should work, right?

I should stay off this forum for at least a month. I'm spending money that i don't have
