will a corsair hx520w power, 2 hard drives, an e6300 overclocked, 3 fans, an 8800 gt and a water cooling system?
sorry bout tha title it was a typo
 
These days, power supplies are all about their 12v rail(s) and overall stability/efficiency. Water cooling uses up to 2 more amps on a 12v rail than air cooling (peltiers are a completely different story, one of the reasons why most don't bother with them), due to the added power needed for the pump and possibly extra fan(s) on the radiator(s). Like air, you can easily surpass the 2 amp figure by adding more pump(s), fan(s), light(s), etc. but 2 amps is a plenty generous figure in most cases.

With or without water, your hx520 is plenty for what you're powering. You might want to consider upgrading if/when you add a second 8800 GT, but that shouldn't happen for a while.
 
Its a very strong power supply. I had the HX620 on my old quad build, it power allot of things. I like them so much now my next one is going to be the HX750.
