I am looking at cleaning up the insides of my case a little bit.
I was wondering if anyone has seen a power block available.
Not sure if "power block" is the right term for it, basically I am looking for something like to screw all the fan leads into.
So i would need a 12v, a 5v, and a -12v line.

Any ideas where to find one? (Besides radio shack, already checked there)

I hope you mean ground, not -12v ;).

Do a search on "fan bus" or "bay bus" and you'll see what you need. If you want it more simple you can use ordinary screw terminals from a DIY store.

checkout www.fanbus.com
great site, lots of good info.

This will easily get you started if you want
to build exactly what you're looking for.
