Power connector position?

I have been looking to get a radeon card in the 3800 or 4800 series, but have a problem. I need to find a manufacturer that puts the power connector position facing the top of the card. Most nvidia manufacturers do this now, but I would really like a Radeon.
 
I dont think ati ever had a Board with the connectors facing up. No the refrence models that is. And only a few companies makes non refrence models. ASUS SAPHIRE are a few. and they wont make those till the 2nd batch for the 4850s come out (upgraded coolers and he OC versions)
As of 38xx s, i haven't seen too many non refrence boards and even if they were, the connectors were facing back.

But if you are still interested in ati's, I have a 3850 512 for sale on my threads.
