Total price: €921.10=$ 1,209.19

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
High-medium gaming, web browsing, and for study.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Not more than €1,000.00=$1,249.74

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible. The
Netherlands

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
See list

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Yes, a LG Flatron W2243S-PF monitor and a brother DCP-130c.

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
September.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
I don’t need Crossfire or SLI and Firewire. I do like USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s. Onboard gpu and UEFI would be nice but is not necessary. So a good H77 mobo would be perfect for me.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Not a big fan of Sapphire.

What's the price on a Hitachi 7k1000.d or Samsung F3 1TB hard drive?

You really should consider an after market CPU cooler if you plan on gaming. A CM Hyper 212+ will hardly add to your budget.

http://uk.hardware.info/comparisontable/products/130954-71734-95521 see for yourself, but it looks like the WD caviar black is a much better choice, WD also grants 5 years of warranty which the other 2 HDDs don't. If I'd get a cooler then I'd be Gelid Tranquillo Rev.2 http://www.techreaction.net/2011/11/07/review-gelid-tranquillo-rev2/9/

edit: why shouldnt i take the stock cooler?

Unless you live in a very hot environment, you should stick with the stock cooler.

So you know, we're not recommending the Hitachi 7k1000.d or the Samsung F3 HD103SJ over the WD Caviar Black due to their warranty time (which were rather recently reduced following their acquisitions by WD and Seagate, respectively). Those two drives perform as well as, if not better than, the Caviar Black yet they cost less.
