Possible SFF Build

Hey, I could use some help from all of you SFF'ers. I just moved into college this morning, and since our class is the biggest one yet, there are some slight space issues. Therefore, I would like to go with a smaller set up than the one I've got now, which I believe you can see in my signature. Anyways, here's what I thought about getting:

Silverstone Sugo SG01-BW
Silverstone NT06-LITE CPU Cooler
2x Antec Tri-Cool 80mm Case Fans
Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R

Obviously, I'd sell my current case, cooler, and motherboard, and keep the rest of the stuff so I can use it with the new stuff. Can anyone see any issues with it, or should everything be fine? Thank you for your help.
