Possible clearance issues

no on the vid card cooler. The clearance between the top of a card to the psu is about 10mm and well, like most motherboards that have the agp/pci-e on the top, the clearance there to the support bars is like <5mm.

yes on the hsf.
 
Check out the SFF FAQs first...but the HSF will fit, the Video Card will not
 
Okay, I will probably stay stock then. I was considering getting the artic cooling 5 rev3, but I need the next slots... Thanks for the help.
