Edit:
unchecked in PM show popup and keep copy boxes and now I have no PM showing at all. Apparently have to have all options unchecked. I had left bottom 2 on just to see if I had gotten unwanted PM.

So if peeps send me PM's I wont see it anyways. Hopefully they will now get the PM off message too.

I call it solved - prob my fault - lol
