A bit earlier my PM limit went down to 15, but now it's back up to 15. I was just wondering if this was a bug, or if I did something in my CP to somehow change this?
 
If you change your email addy, you are bumped backed to "awaiting confirmation" status with a 15 PM limit and you can't post until you confirm via a link in the email that will be sent to the new addy.
