Plugin question for UnRaid

I have just setup a backup server running UnRaid and I want to change the location of the library for Plex. Not being terribly conversant in linux I am trying to do this from the GUI but having no luck.

Right now the paths for Plex are the default:

the install dir:/usr/local/Plexmediaserver
the config/library dir:/usr/local/Plexmediaserver/config

I have been told that these default directories will get wiped every time I reboot my UnRaid server, so I want to move them to the following location:

config/library: /mnt/cache/Applications/Library

However when I try to do this through the GUI the settings never take.

Any help would be appreciated. I already have this question posted in the UnRaid forums but no one has replied yet.
