Hi,im new here but i've silently read the forum for years since now.
Im thinking to build a triple display PLP (Portrait-Landscape-Portrait) setup for my gaming pc with an MSI GTX 770 Lightning.
Actually im testing a triple setup with my 42" Sony KDL-W805A LCD TV (1920x1080) and 2 old 22" 1680x1050 monitors, landscape TV on the centre and the two monitors in portrait at the wings.
The 22" monitors (even in portrait) are of course short than the massive 42" SONY TV,so im thinking to buy two 24" monitors (Samsung SyncMaster S24B300BL) to get the same height of the tv.
I know the limits of PLP configurations with games (damn Nvidia!) and i've already try SoftTH but i've still some doubts.
If i buy that two 24" Samsung Syncmaster S24B300BL and put it in portrait at the sides of the landscaped 42" Sony can i get perfect image matchin using softTH with directx 9 games such as RFactor?
Now with my old two 22" with a maximum resolution of 1680x1050 and the 42" TV (with a max res. of 1920x1080) i got nothing but headache coz they have a lower maximum resolution than the 42" TV and also smaller size!
Please someone can give me any clue?
Thanx.
