i dont know much about overclocking. And went into the biso and changed the fsb by 3 to see if i could get a little overclock rebooted. crash crash crash so i reset the coms. computer boots fine i make sure everything back to normal. Until i open certain apps such as internet explorer moniter flickers on and off a couple of times and then crash for no reason. whats strange is that the desktop is fine i can even play games like counter-strike for hours then i click on internet explorer it does the same thing again. has this happened to any one before. do you think i can just reformat? i was gonna try to also reflash the bios?
heres my specs : p4 2.4b
MSi 655 max
512 mb 3200
430w antec true power
fx5200(blah)

What do you mean by "changed the fsb by 3" ???

Did you change it from memory bus speed of 133MHz to 136MHz or did you change it to 166MHz, or 200MHz etc?

lol

sorry i couldnt help and i dont really know provide more info or download mozilla.

Are you sure that your Internet Explorer problem is related to overclocking? It's strange, but not impossible that you're having a software problem that is completely unrelated to your hardware tweaking.
