Hi guys, the time has come to update my aging rig, and i am looking for some advice.

My current rig:

Corsair AX1200 PSU

3770K @ 4.5GHZ

Gigabyte Titan X (Maxwell)

Samsung 830 256gb SSD

Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP7 Motherboard

Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 MHZ 16GB DDR3 Ram

Win 10

NZXT Switch 810 Case In White

  • I plan on keeping the case and PSU, so i do not need this for my new build.

  • Use is purely gaming at 2560x1440 165hz(as close as possible anyway).

  • System will be used primarily for Monster Hunter World for the foreseeable future.

  • What i currently have chosen:

  • I am contemplating not purchasing the 1080TI and waiting for the 11xx cards to be released, and possibly still building the rig and using the Titan X for the time being, thoughts on this?
Any advice would be appreciated, i do not wish to go custom water cooling at this point in time, i understand the benefits of it i just need the simplicity of the aio units currently.
