cant decide.. All 3 are great...

Im leaning torwards choice 2 at the mometn...Looking for the best ram to overclock my system with

Intel P4 3.2ghz
Asus P4C800-e Deluxe Mobo
 
#1 or #2 if you have a vdimm mod on your motherboard. otherwise i'd stick with #3 since they'll probably give you more FSB with the voltage available to you.
