Dear all,

My LaserJet 4L (HP) seem to be running just fine under XP Pro, but when I install Office 2003, it does not print anything. I can see the qued files, but it reports them as OFFLINE. I change its status to ONLINE and make sure that the printer itself is physically ON and ONLINE, with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
