Please help me pick a fan controller

I have an X-Qpack case and would like to hook up the CPU fan and case fan to a fan controller. The stock fans are pretty quiet but the case is on top of my desk right next to the monitor so there is still a little noise. I never use the floppy drive or 2nd optical drive, so the fan controller can be 5.25 or 3.5". The case fan has a 4 pin molex connector and the CPU fan is 3 pin. I was hoping to find a fan controller that also had USB & SATA connectors and a card reader on it. I don't have any spare audio or firewire headers so it would it would be better if they weren't on the faceplate. Does anyone make a fan controller or card reader with the following features only:

fan controller for at least 2 fans
USB port(s)
SATA port
card reader

this is better but it has the audio outs which you dont need... but this has sata power and data which is nice and like 6 fan channels....

Thanks. I've done quite a bit of research today and haven't found just what I'm looking for. I never use the floppy or 2nd optical drive, so maybe this is a double multi-function solution. I'm thinking maybe a card reader/USB hub for the 3.5" bay, and a nice fan controller for the 5.25" bay.
