Plasma Recommendations?

I am looking for a 42-52" plasma TV for my bedroom wall and would like to know if anyone can tell me of a website that does good reviews or can recommend me a decent unit that will allow me to retail my kidneys.

You can't go wrong with any of the Panasonic's, specifically the commercial PHD8UK models. They are as good as it gets. Although if you need speakers, a tuner and a really big fat ugly looking bezel you'll probably want to go with the consumer models (PX50 series) but they use the same panels. Search the avsforums for reviews.

Really...my work just bough 12 50" Panasonic TH-50PHD7 and we have never used them in like 3 months that we haev had them. They look very blah from the outside but from what you said, I guess they are pretty bad ass.

I'm in the same boat, lookng for a plasma for my room, but I want a 42" not any higher.


I was looking at the Dell 42" HDTV Plasma and almost placed the order, but I figure I'll look around a bit more before spending $2500.
