I wouldn't trust the power supply to much.
Maybe with a Pico power supply and a pair of low rpm 80mm fans.

I've done three builds in that case (two black, one red).
1) The PSU is crap. Quality is very suspect and it is noisy. The "450W" probably more realistically puts out 200W on a good day. However, that 200W is enough for any system using integrated graphics. I've done one build using it and that system is still working great a half year later. It uses IGP of course, and probably never draws over 60W. The other two systems I built in this case were done with a PSU upgrade, to make them quieter. The PSU I used was the FSP 300W SFX unit (same as Silverstone 300W from the SG05). These are a direct fit, are quiet and are reasonable quality and actually puts out everything the label claims. The reason it fits is because the fan doesn't stick out. I tried using a Seasonic 300W SFX PSU and it did not fit because of the protruding fan. The reason it does not fit is the drive subchassis (that holds your optical drive plus the included card reader) gets in the way. It is also not moddable to fit, because it is the side mounts that are in the way.
2) The 80mm exhaust fan is sleeve bearing and plugs into the PSU (4pin peripheral). It is actually really quiet... but does eventually get noisier. The first build I did is now audible. Not noisy yet, but clearly audible when it wasn't before. It has over 9 months of daily use.
3) The drive subchassis I mentioned earlier is a bit flimsy. I've had to straighten them before, because they tend to sag in the middle, making the lid difficult to slide on.
4) The pretty faceplate is a real PITA to attach. It removes easily enough by releasing two clips on the top and flipping it down, but it just won't go back on easily.
5) It is designed to stand vertical. You need to use the feet it came with, plus the angled power cord it came with.
6) The owners of two of my three builds loves how the system just hides behind their monitor (how I have it set up). IDK about the third one because it was delivered by someone else.
That's all I can think of right now.

It should. I have one of those PSUs right now, but I no longer have any of these cases (delivered the most recent build in one of these three weeks ago). Why other PSUs don't fit is because of the protruding fan. For instance, look at the FSP/Silverstone 300W SFX PSU and then at the Seasonic 300W SFX PSU. You'll see that the FSP/Silverstone fan is flush inside the PSU, but the Seasonic has a fan that protrudes. THAT is what makes it not fit in this case. Note that the protruding fan used to be pretty common, but now there are a few cases which won't fit these, including Apex ITX cases (and variants).
Not sure if I'm getting more of these particular Pixxo cases as they seem to be discontinued because they used to be available everywhere, if you count Newegg and Tiger Direct as "everywhere."
Pixxo has a newer model which holds the PSU more internally with a cable to the rear, thus does away with requiring the external angled power cable, and the system sits more flat on the table instead of being raised.Actually, just looked and at least Newegg no longer carries even that. The case I used in my recent build was a leftover that I had purchased on a warm-ish deal last year.
Oh yeah, Xion rebranded it as a model 810 or something like that. Really funny because they just slapped Xion stickers over the Pixxo stickers. I bought a couple from Tiger Direct like that.
LOL, is that a modded case? Looks like the bottom two mATX slots are sacrificed for the Flex ATX PSU and the front is chopped.
Can you fit a TFX PSU into that space? Why I ask is because of Seasonic's excellent and higher wattage TFX PSU.
