so i would like to post some pictures in this forum but i can't seem to find anything saying what the max dimensions of the picture should be.... can anyone help me out?

They should be reasonable. I post my pics at 25% size, so it goes from 3000x2000 (~6 megapixels) to 750x500.

You can post giant pictures if you want, but if you do, make them thumbnails and post the thumbs so we can click on them to see the giant pics.

Alright.. thanks... it will take me a bit to get the processing done on them for posting but i should have some up sometime soon

Depends on your picture host. Im on http://smugmug.com and, they have 4 or, 5 image tags to you galleries for posting diffrents sized pics. Makes it easy.

same on zenfolio for me. They resize it for you.

zenfolio is where i am hosting mine as well didn't realize they did any resizing though... i will have to poke around a bit then
