Can someone explain to me how phase change works? Or give me a link to an in depth page. cheers

PS soul assasin. For those of us who havent got diploma's in chemistry google is pretty much a waste. I kno what phase changing is in simple terms. water turns to steam etc. Getting -40C out of a black box kinda caught my eye.... grow up
