im running temps of 47c / 37c

ocing a barton 2500+ from 1.8 to 2.2 and put artic silver on the Phantom, the current hsf I have, and I am not impressed with temps, lmk guys!

I would go with the Jet7 instead of the aero. Just looks kewl as hell in a modded case with a window.

The Jet7 has disgusting cooling power, your temps would almost assuredly go up. Just google a few reviews for it. If you want better temps look at a swift tech or a thermalright, those look gorgeous and will cool a helluva lot better than the all looks no function Jet7.
