For those of you interested, the crew at Vortez has just published a review of the Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ITX.

EVOLV ITX is a small but expertly formed computer case which is primarily designed for Mini-ITX computer systems. Although the chassis is small in size, it can house a plethora of high-end hardware such as big CPU coolers, full-sized graphics cards and different sized radiators.

Very nice. If only it had the option of a grille on top like the Aerocool DS:

and I mean both the interchangeability as well as the top-mounted ports.

I just did a build with the EVOLV ITX and it's a nice case, but you're right. My question would be regarding the structure, though - the top panel is part of the rigid structural support, so I wonder if the grills would cause problems. If I could get a spare panel, I'd make my own - they're very easy to swap.

Nice case, but it seems like a waste of space for the ITX format.
I'd like to see them move all drives to the area next to the motherboard, relocate the controls to the top of the case, slide the front fan up and mount the PSU over the motherboard area.
That would allow you to eliminate all of the space below the current motherboard area and drop the case height by about 3 inches

This might cause some airflow issues if the PSU fan was pulling a LOT of air, but there's still enough room above the motherboard for an AIO cooler.
