PFsense OpenVPN

Dear all,
i've managed to have OpenVPN up and runiing on the PFsense, however the issue i have now is not picking up the IP from my LAN but from my Tunnel subnet,
i need to be able to ping my VMS behind the LAN,
any suggestions how to get this working?
