pfSense error keeps reappearing in terminal

So here's the error that keeps coming up:

g_vfs_done():ad2s1a[READ(offset=73620717568, length=16384)]error=5
ad2: FAILURE - READ_DMA status=51<READY,DSC,ERROR> error=40<UNCORRECTABLE> LBA=143790543

It keeps on scrolling every 30 seconds or so on the main screen connected to the box.

The machine is a SuperMicro 1U Server with the following settings:

Thanks, guys! It shows up first when I reboot and it's checking the RRD graphs, that's when it first pops up.

I just did the backup of the config (before you guys even said anything), but thanks for the reinforcement... I've met a lot of people that didn't do their backups and I'm just like WTF?!?!? That's the 1st thing you should do!

Yeah, I'll try to do some HDD diags and if anything, I'll just replace it... it's a 160GB SATA 7200RPM desktop drive, if I'm not mistaken.
