Permanently disable NOD32 Email and Web Access Protection?

I have the latest version of NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition v4.2. When I disable the Email & Web Access protection under advanced settings... it gets re-enabled after a reboot. I don't need these two features as I don't browse the web on my FileServer nor have an email client installed.

Also, under the "Antivirus and antispyware" option in setup, do I need "Anti-Stealth technology" and "Self-Defense" or is that just more bloat?

Would appreciate a solution! I have been googling around with no luck. :(
