Periodically geting disconnected?

I have a network with three computers each connected through a cord into the back of a router. Periodically, for some odd reason, we get disconnected for 3-5 seconds, even when the computers are not in use.

What would be the reason for this, and how would I go about testing to make sure that that really is the reason?
 
Nobody has ever ran into this? We're running a D-Link DI-624.
 
I own a DI-624 and I had the same problem. What is your firmware version?
To solve my disconnects I just updated my firmware to at the time 2.5x something. Now I'm running 2.70 and the disconnects still haven't come back.
 
Aha. That sounds like it's it. I'm using 2.42. So an upgrade is in order. I'll let you know if that's solved it :)
