i was wondering if there are any such mods that involve soldering when it somes to something like a video card or mobo or something. the only thing i've ever used solder on my Radeon was when a capacitor fell off :\. anything that increases perofrmance? or maybe some way to add a temp probe onto a radeon 9800 pro? *Shrug*

p.s. whats a voltage mod? i read on some forum about some guy that reached the OC limit on his card and is now going to try volt modding? :confused:
 
is there such thing as the pencil mod for a 59xx (non xt) board
