PCP&C 510 Express???

I was just looking on PCP&C website and stumbled across THIS . What exactly is the advantage of the 510 express????


edit- I just clicked on the diagram button at the bottom of the device and it has 24 pin connector and PCI-E connectors. I bet this is the PSU Destonomos had received the e-mail about :)
