PCMark Error (must choose system suite)..can't get score

I have searched throughout this forum (and googled) and tried contacting Futuremark but there is no answer to this question. It says "system suite must be selected" but there is no place to do that.

opteron 175
2gb pc4000 ocz plat
asus a8n32-sli
latest version of pcmark

i can run all the tests and they all run fine. (11/11, 8/8, 5/5 have run, etc).

what's the deal?

note: i have wmp10 and wm 9 decoder installed.
 
I have exactly the same problem and I also have Encoder 9 series. I get this problem with both PCMark04 and 05.

Just yesterday I reformatted my other harddisk and reinstalled Windows XP.
But I didn't have any problem getting PCMark results before I reinstalled Windows XP, which is very weird. I hadn't had PCMark installed for a long time, in fact just a few days. And everything worked properly.

Kind of weird that reinstalling Windows XP creates a problem. Usually it fixes all of them.
 
Hmm.

I just noticed that I'm using service pack 2 with this new installation of Windows. Before I used service pack 1. Wonder if that has anything to do with it..?
