Does anybody know around when will PCI Express come out?

Is it better to wait for the new tech, or upgrade a mobo now?
 
The first PCI Express capable motherboards should be out mid-late spring, or early summer.

If you can hold off until new tech comes out and are happy with what you have now, I'd say hold off. However, if you want to save money and would rather stay a generation behind, it's as good a time to upgrade as any other.
