Lets see if someone on these forums doesnt have a better memmory than me...
A year or two ago I saw a 'pci' card that was essentially an expansion card which controlled i think it was four thermometers.
Also if I remember right, while the card sat in a PCI slot, it actually was controlled via a USB cable.
All of the thermometers where controlled via software.
Hopefully someone remembers this too, cause i'm interested in buying one now!
