My friends little brother got the old family computer, with onboard video. Upgrading the system isn't an option right now, so I was hoping someone could suggest a good PCI card that's hopefully reasonably priced ;) TIA

FX 5600 is the best there is but the 5200 is not far behind.

Beggers can't be choosers.

I use one of those 6200 pci cards in my mini itx car computer. It plays fear :)
Hard to see whats going on with a 7" widescreen lcd.

Best price/Performanc Pci card is the BFG FX 5500 OC by It only has PS 2.0 support, 4 pipelines and 1 vertex shader though : /
