Well me, Jon, and pcboarder from xtremesystems (Matt), being friends and all decided to get together for an attempt at some serious scores. Our goal is to get into the top 10 3dmark 01 for Single 6800 ultras, to get as close as we can to 23s superpi, to get into top 10 scores for 6600gt (3dmark01), and to all around overclock as high as possible. Matt's crashing at my house tonight so we should get a lot of benching done.
Here's some preliminary pics:
Our Resources
AMD 3500+ Claw and Dothan 730 - This should be a good superpi battle
Mwahahahah feel the power
Here we have 3GB of mushkin, 2GB of BH-5 and 1GB of TCCD, whichever clocks higher and scores best will be used. Also pictured are 1x AGP 6800 Ultra and 2x PCI 6800 ultras. Not shown is 1x AGP 6600GT.
Dothan being insulated.
Ready to go with some J-Bolts from Ace hardware....Ya, ghetto, I know..
Here we go....

Only thing I have to add is that the phase change has trouble holding a load, the compressor got damaged during transit to me back from chilly1. So basically it can't hold my 3500 under load at ALL, but with the Dothan, it can for about 10-15min. So we have to be quick when benching, cool it down, then re-bench. I'm sending off the phase change to Chilly1 tomorrow to be repaired.
Be back soon! Right now bios temps reading -33C idle
