Alright, I bought a Soyo SY-P4VGA for my server.
Anyway, on to my question.

Why does PC2100 cost just as much as PC3200? Should I just use PC3200 on this motherboard? or would it not make a difference?

It costs more because at the time is was manufactured it cost them more, they're trying to get their money back. Old PC100 SDRAM costs more than good DDR does nowadays for the same reason :) You shouldn't have a problem using PC3200 instead of 2100, the page doesnt say so you should ask them to make sure.
 
Not sure on the cost issue. Its somewhat going to depend on the brand and retailer. Id look around. You prob can find the pc3200 for close to the same /cheaper price. Will it run any better with 3200? No.....the bus will still run at 133 ddr'd to 266. If you might be o/c'ing, then the 3200 will matter, giving you more headroom for pushing the fsb than 2100 will.
