Harry McCracken, the editor that resigned last week after being pressured to kill stories critical of advertisers, is back on the job.

For his part, McCracken said "I'm thrilled to be back with the PC World team. IDG is a company I've loved working for over the past 16 years, and one with a remarkable history of enabling editors to serve our customers--the millions of people who depend on our content online and in print."

Hmm, judging by what he said, they paid him lots and lots and lots of money and didn't change anything. Yay for corporate whoring!

Um, check again - but the guy who killed the story - the freakin CEO has been "moved to another position". That's a pretty significant change!
 
...what exactly is the "full name" for "Hairy"? Howard? Herrington? Or does it say "Hairy" on his birth certificate?
 
Lordy, it was flowing !! I had to put on waders.
That's as close to a 3-way love fest as you can get on a family site. I felt dirty after reading it all:
