Pc shuting down automaticly with odd beep sound

Hey im having issues with my pc for some reason out of the blue my PC will let out two high beeps and then shut down automaticly. I dont know why its doing this i reformated and the problem hasn't stopped. Anyone have a clue?

Could be a possible bad power supply also take a look at your motherboard manual and it should tell you what the 2 beeps mean.

Could be an auto shutdown for High temps...check your BIOS and make sure it's not set too low or you're not overheating.
