Hi all,

This is my 1st post on the forum

I am after some advice really on what kind of CPU I need for a project, however this computer build is not straight forward...

I am building a portable pc capable of LAN parties for my Uni days, and so am using a 50cal ammo box for a case,

The space I have to work with is 11"w x 7"h x 5.5"d

I plan to put a hinged 'face plate on the top of the box to save putting holes in the lid, which I plan to keep air tight, meaning everything much sit flush with the top of the case and no holes in the outer walls

To do this all my cooling, I/O connections ect will be on the face plate giving me limited room to work

I figured the CPU would be the right place to start this build as any CPU I buy will need to have an onboard GPU and need the ability to be water cooled by a corsair hydro h40

If anyone has any research material I can read or and advice/suggestions as to what CPU/GPU I can get please let me know

I plan to play 'world of tanks' 'BF3' and other assortments of online games and am looking to spend around £150 - £200
