Hi there I have just installed 2 120gb WD hd's and intend to setup a raid 0 array. My question is can I partition this array in the same way as I would a single drive (ie using Fdisk before the XP installation) to try and keep my system files seperate?

Yes you can partition a RAID array same as a single disk. I think it gives a performance hit though, that i'm unsure of.
