Parental Controls for volume?

Is there a way to control the speaker volume through some sort of Parental Controls. My girlfriends teenage son don't listen well and I am not going to replace my Klipsch Pro's because he damaged them listening to "pure garbage" (not that what he is listening to matters). Is there a way to limit the volume short of locking the computer down completely when were away....

Hide all the speakers.
Spackle shut the audio ports.
Lay out some headphones.

Not gonna happen...
Already bought a set of SB Arena headphones (Amazing btw!) and he won't use them...
