I have a Panasonic diode part number b0aadm000003. I need the rest of the details. Thank you. Also the number on it is 422.
 
Got me. A few places have it from $1 to $5. Used on a lot of Panasonic/Matsushita products. Any chance of finding a circuit diagram for the product you are working on that might indicate diode/zener specs etc?

Is a two leg diode in a zener looking package. The voltage across is -98v and -80v respectively. I took the part number from the service manual, but does not give me any more details. It could be a germanium diode. The pcb marking shows a regular diode. I am pulling my hair out. The dvom off circuit test shows is a good diode. But I want to know for sure.
