I'm looking for insperation for my new case and I'm thinking of using paint transfers they're kinda like temporary tattoos that you stick to your arm. Any way all I have found is rc models sites that have them but they are way to small to use in a case mod. If anybody has used these and knows of a good site where you can order some custom transfers please let me know. Thanks

Yeah first you paint then apply the transfer then clear coat and waalaa your have a cool looking graphic.

I dunno if it's the same thing you're talking about, but I've got myself Testors' custom decal kit. Those are water transfers for plastic scale models, and you can print what suits you on it. Results are not always pretty, but one can achieve a good job with patience. Haven't tried on a metal surface yet.

In the same fashion, I plan to use some "see-through labels" (transparent 8.5x11" sticker sheets, from Staples) to print out a custom fan-bus control panel and some other small thing. This should stick on most flat surfaces.

One thing that suck about these though (in fact, about anything coming through a household printer) is that you can't create white designs. :(
