An eBay spokesman said more than 200 employees had to be evacuated after someone found a suspicious looking package in the mailroom. Evacuated workers were given the option of waiting outside, finding another building to work in or working from home. The starting bid for the package is $3, any takers? :D

Mailroom workers found the package just before 8 a.m. Wednesday, spokesman Hani Durzy said. Police and a fire department bomb squad are there 'actively investigating,' said Durzy, who refused to describe the package or say what about it raised alarms.

I admit it, it was me. I sent in a long list of complaints from over the years, ranging from outrageous prices people charge for shipping, to fake products. The one that really bothered me the most, and was most of the package was the fact they charge you money if you accept a paypal payment from a buyer, Does anyone remember before Paypal was part of ebay when it was super cheap? not anymore! Paypal really should do something about all the fees, they charge you to list the item and when the item ends, fine with me, but charge to use paypal is kind of shitty. Also while we are on the subject, almost anyone who wants to sell something used the gallery, why is the gallery not free all the time? OH well, I guess they got my message in that package, lol. :p

I bet it was like, body parts or something. I know thats gruesome but it was the first thing that came to mind. It doesn't say "terrorist" anywhere (which would usually be screamed if a weapon or threat was found), so its nothing like a bomb or something. The only other thing I can think of that would cause so much ruckus would be human remains.

But then I remember the Boston Mooninite "bomb" incident...:rolleyes:

Aren't mailroom workers supposed to be working with packages?

I'm sorry, I must have mis-addressed my plutonium; it was supposed to go to Ballmer's office. I'd like it ba- er, here's his address instead...

I'm going to assume that there was something out of the ordinary with it. Maybe there was a large sticker on the side that stated "This is not a bomb, fell free to open me. I will not explode killing you all"
