P67A-G43 HSF and Memory compatibility

I've decided on a MSI P67A-G43 for my new sandy 2500K build. I'm planning on using the following ram:

(G.Skill Value 2x4GB DDR 1333)

and a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus HSF

I haven't been able to find much out about compatibility of these from MSI's limited lists...either of those gonna make me sad?

Are you going to be overclocking? I think these be fine at stock speeds and would work well for you at there listed speed, but I am not sure how these would be for overclocking though.

NewEgg put the CL9 DDR3 1600 Ripjaws on sale tonight, I think I'm just going to go with those...bad decision? I do want to goof with a little overclocking.

Yes the Ripjaws would be a better choice if you are overclocking. I would say go for it.
