P5B-VM NB heat problems

I have a P5B-VM in a Ultra Microfly Case. It's been working great, but ever since I put in a 8800 GTS 320mb, my NorthBridge has been running hot due its proximity to it. Should I be concerned at the 45 C NB temperature readings I'm getting?
 
Not to worry LOL. I am in the same position with the gigabyte G33. I got mine with a 8800gts 320MB and my NB idles at about 46 average. This is in a lanbox. It runs cooler in the lanbox than in the tower case it was in b4 where it idles at about 51 degrees.

i'm adding another exhause fan though, so this should helo a bit with it
